Syukur Alhamdulillah....having such a great friends like you all really make my life full of happiness...well, let me introduce them to you...from the very left, her name is Nurhafizah binti Mokhtar, which I call her with the name MEL, from Bukit Nangka, Alor Gajah, Melaka. 22 years old, talkative, a bit clumsy, punctual, hardworking, and the important things about her is she is the one who like to be bullying by me and the others. But now, no more Mel with us as she suddenly quit from her degree study due to some reason. Without her, not mean that we already forget about her as we have too much memories with her...If only Mel know that we miss her a lot...hurmm....perhaps....

Next, from the very right, is Nur Najwa Khusyahirah binti Khairuddin, or I call her Naj, <and of course she's also my partner doing this blog..hee> from Taman Maluri, Cheras. 23 years old, but her act really does not seem like she is 23 years old! The quiet one...but sometimes could be the noisy one...hihihi.. having super brain @ inteligent, supportive, gadget lover, workaholic, fierce (only when we study together and we cannot understand some subject as she have to teach us twice!..hehehe) and last but not least she is the one who always advise us to do the right things...

The third one is Norliana binti Ramly, or I often call her as Norliana Ramly BURGER....hehehe... 22 years old, from "peng heng" in Mandarin or Pahang in Malay.. She is the money grubber! All she can see is money, money, money! hehe... The fast talker, cute, less height, and shopaholic or the JUSCO lover! hurmm..when you ask her for a help, she will ask you first the pay, one ringgit! and she often said "SINGGIT" =RM1 when you want something from her..hihi...but I think, all my best friend is the money grubber! Everything is MONEY! Money and Money! You can talk to their hand if you have no money...!

This is Shafiza binti Mat Juzah, <the one with the spoon and fork> from Tangkak, Johor..22 years old, the very happy go lucky one, the beauty, or even the brighter one..hehehe... Very understanding, open-handed or even open-hearted one. The important things about her is she is so sensitive to dust as she got sinus problem. One of her hobby is collecting bags or handbags! Until today, I think she already have 20 <more or less> fashion bags! thats a lot you know! She's just really love fashion as she is the pretty one...hihi...

My bRand New bEst Friends! NO-RAI..

Where ever you see NO, there also you will see RAI! hahaha...everywhere they will always together! hurm....this two twins <but different father and mother> really have the bonding to be together.. RAIRA YUANA binti ISNIN is the one you see at the left and SITI NUR AMALINA binti SHUHAIMY is the one you see at the right. Rai, the little one, the talkative one, the chili lover and also the saver one! While No, the energetic one, the gadget lover, and the most wanted one! hehehe..

To all of you my dear friends, thanks so much for being my best friends and complete my everyday....BFF forever ya!. LOVE U!

...The Grass is Greener...

Posted by DiaNaj on 4:39 PM

The things other people have or their situations always look better than your own, even when they are not really so. Why you must feel like that? Don't compare your talents with others. The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. Just do your best. Their life is right for them and your life is right for you. No one on earth has the ability to fulfill all of their wishes and desires.

The thought of being in a better place or assuming a change in our present condition to make things better, is not a bad thing. We all need to have something to look forward to in our lives, it is these dreams and aspirations that keep us going each day. Besides, we need to continue to improve ourselves and advance in our knowledge and abilities.

The grass appears greener on the other side simply because we have not experienced the other side. Be it a bigger house, a bigger or more expensive car, a higher paying job, a better looking partner or something else, our desire for bigger and better is natural. We do not always appreciate how lucky we are or what is going good in our lives and how much we have to be thankful for until we have lost it.

Good Leaders Are Made, Not Born, -Says Colin Powell

Posted by DiaNaj on 2:15 PM
COLIN POWELL

November 2005-Collin Powell told a Business School student audience (STANFORD GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS) on how Good Leaders Are made, Not Born.

"Successful leaders know how to define their mission, convey it to their subordinates and ensure they have the right tools and training needed to get the job done," says Colin Powell, former U.S. secretary of state.

“I’m sure the time will come for you to transform the world,” he added.
Drawing on his broad experiences in military and civilian life, Powell said: “Leadership is all about people…and getting the most out of people.” It is about conveying a sense of purpose in a selfless manner and creating conditions of trust while displaying moral and physical courage. “Never show fear or anger,” he added. “You have to have a sense of optimism.”

A false leader is someone who fails to get the necessary resources for his or her staff to do their jobs, Powell said. “The first way you take care of the troops is to train them,” he said. “Then you have to trust them and let them get on with their work. The best leaders are those who can communicate upward the fears and desires of their subordinates, and are willing to fight for what is needed. If not, the organization will weaken and crumble.”

Effective leaders are made, not born, Powell said. They learn from trial and error, and from experience. When something fails, a true leader learns from the experience and puts it behind him. “You don’t get reruns in life,” he said. “Don’t worry about what happened in the past.”

Good leaders also must know how to reward those who succeed and know when to retrain, move, or fire ineffective staff. “When you get all these together the place starts to hum,” he said. “You know you’re a good leader when people follow you out of curiosity.”

Posted by DiaNaj on 10:43 PM

Yup! It is just a small farm..(but of course la my smallville doesn’t have Clark Kent ok)..hee

Well, i have 4 swan (angsa), 3 white ducks (yeah, my duck is really white ya ..), 2 turkeys, a chicken Siamese, a special "ayam kacukan kampung" and the others is regular chicken .. I do love all my pets! Yeah! They are all special to me ...

First, i want to story about my swan which me and my family called ‘AWANG’ for the male and ‘SITI AWANG’ for the female..the name given by my mother because of their sound like this “ang, ang, ang, ang,” so, my mother said that, “arrrggh, we just called them AWANG jela...”hehehe..until today, we are still calling them AWANG,awang,AWANG! <<SORRY ya, for those who got the same name with my swan name, or their father’s name, or their grandfather’s name.we just really love that name << actually, my uncle gives awang and siti awang to my mother to look after them as they live in “taman”, so it is difficult to them to keep awang and siti awang at their house right? I still remember, the first day awang came to my house, they are so so so cute...and they really grown up so fast till become that big! Please scroll down to look my awang and siti awang..

My Awang’s 1st generation. They are just really cute right!

Awang’s newborn babies = awang junior!!

Awang bath tub .. (‘-’) yup, my awang-awang really like to having bath everyday...hee..

My lovely AWANG’s family! Can you see their “muncung”? hehehe..wrong time, wrong day, u will deserve right with their “muncung”, once they chase after you.. but for me, you dont need to afraid with my awang, because they are all nice.hehehe...trust me...

Finish with awang’s story, next is ADI’s story...hehehe...sure you guys are wondering who is ADI?? Well, ADI is my white duck! Hurrmmm....but my ADI’s story is a bad story, because my  adi’s 1st generation already died and have been sold. Now, i only have 3 adi’s..but before this,i have 13 adi’s..one of them died, 9 of them have been sold. Hurmm.....this because when i come back and stay at hostel, no one can look after them. My mother come back home from work at 7pm, so she dont have time to feed all adi’s family...thats why my mom sold 9 of them....arrgghhh!i really miss all my adi’s!
